# WherOra

> WherOra is a free world clock, time zone converter, meeting planner, and classroom display clock. “When Meets Where.” No account is required.

Local times are computed in the browser using IANA time zones. Live time requires JavaScript and a correctly set device clock. Static loading placeholders are not current times. Working hours default to 08:00–17:00 daily and can be customized. Weather is a current estimate, not the weather at a planned meeting time.
